Aegis-Marc Consulting is the professional consulting division of Aegis-Marc Limited (AML), a privately-owned firm based on the outskirts of Leeds. Aegis-Marc Consulting comprises a network of highly experienced consultants and affiliates brought together with the specific aim assiting our clients with the increase in work-load and the challenge that arises out of the need to integrate recently acquired businesses.
Together with our sister division, Broker4Broker, we offer a seemless approach to achieving the best growth potential out of the the acquisitions and merger process. We help overcome the 2 main barriers to succesful M&A activity: the identification and introduction of value propositions (through our Broker4Broker services); and the cost-effective achievement of their subsequent integration through Aegis-Marc Consulting's talented resources.
