Aegis-Marc Consulting is in the business of helping our clients to integrate their recent acquisitions in such a way as to maximise the value of their M&A activity. Our processes require more than simply offering "a helping hand"; we need to understand you, our Client; your needs and aspirations as individuals and as “the body corporate”. We need to understand both the parent and the child involved. Indeed, we believe we are unique both in our sector and in the services we provide as a group, because we take the time to get to know our Clients.
All our services are based on, and are offered through, trusted relationships. As part of building a trusted relationship with you, a prospective client , it is important to us that as you read through the services we are able to offer you, you understand how we operate.
We get to know you initially through the information you provide to us when signing up for, or using, one or more of our services. This information ranges from basic contact information, through information gathered under consultancy and analysis, to specific commercial information. Because of the nature of our work, we do not seek to collect a wide range of data through the website. Our use of your information is covered by our strict policies.
